Rocker

Interspinous Process Distractor System

Increase the stability as easy as you see.

  • Uni-lateral approach
  • Minimally invasive procedure
  • Supraspinous ligament preserved
  • PEEK material
ROCKER. The Interspinous Process System is a decompression spacer that is used to relieve the pain from degenerative disc disease. With its unique design by placing it between the interspinous process and interlamina to increase the support stability.

Advantages of Rocker

  • Remain flexion and control extension to prevent the narrowing of spinal canal and foramen.
  • Reduce incidence of adjacent-level degeneration after lumbar spinal fusion.
  • Reversible for future alternatives.
  • Reduce load sharing of the disc and facet.
  • Realign the facets and restore foramen height.

Anatomic Design

  • Anatomic H-shape stabilization

H-shape would further enhance the stability between vertrbrae.

  • Keels

    Prevent movement and slip out.

A. Interspinous Support

To buffer the intervertebral loading during flexion and extension, and to maintain intervertebral space with dynamic stability.

B. Interlamina Support

Anatomic shape to match the contact surface with base of interspinous process.

Interspinous Process System

Interspinous Process Decompression System (IPD) procedures is performed for the spine to be re-stabilized toward its natural biomechanical state, also re-balancing the spinal segment to restore the natural anatomical function, and perhaps leads to some degrees of "recovery". These procedures will fill the large gap in the treatment continuously while being reversible and delaying spinal fusion by the permanent surgical procedure. It can prevent the instability usually brought by the decompression as well.

Implantation

IPD is placed between the two spinous processes of the symptomatic disc. The IPD is not just only to reduce the loading on the disc, annulus and facets, but also increase the space of the spinal canal and foramen, which relieves patients' symptoms.

Advantages & Benefits

Restoration and decompression

It restores the disc height and realign the facets by distracting the foramen, it will not only help to stop the progression of the degenerated vertebrae but also reduces compression loading on the disc, annulus and facets.

Non-fusion

Non-fusion procedures will allow for the spine to re-stabilize toward its natural biomechanical state, rebalanceing of the spinal segment, restoring natural anatomical function, and will gree of "re-healing".

Uni-lateral approach

Damage-free and preserves

User-friendly with the advantages of without removing bones and damage the neural system. The alternative surgical options are still open as well.

Supraspinous ligament preserved

PEEK material for safety, radioiucency and biocompatibility

Ease use

No assembling hassles during the surgery.
